Set in an alternate world with retro-futuristic technology and a society on the brink of war, Wings of Honneamise follows Shirotsugh Lhadatt, a disillusioned young man who joins his country's struggling space programthe Royal Space Force. Seen as a joke by most, the program is suddenly given the green light to launch its first manned mission, and Shiro finds himself chosen as the pilot. As he trains for the dangerous journey, Shiro meets a devout young woman who inspires him to reflect on his purpose and the role of humanity.
This set includes several bonus items, including the complete film in Ultra 4K and a separate normal HD 1080p release (in case you haven't upgraded to full 4K Blu-ray yet), each in its own case with original jacket, plus an extra disk with the bonus features and 'making of' for you, as well as a special booklet with art of the characters and their world.
