This is the "Beads Pillow" version of the insert. Instead of an inflatable pillow that holds your favorite onahole in place, this cushion is filled with tiny beads that move and flow inside, yet can support your weight better than the inflatable version.

Here's how it works inset your favorite onahole in the bottom of the pillow and secure it with the stopper that can be adjusted depending on the onahole's size. Then slip a standard Insert Air Pillow cover over it, and you're ready to party with a 2D anime girl!

This is the FUTAMATA version with separate, long legs that stick out from the bottom. It can only be used with Insert Air Pillow FUTAMATA covers, sold separately.
