Today’s series rankings come from the October 2017 issue of the popular Japanese monthly anime magazine, NewType. NewType Magazine is a monthly publication originating from Japan, covering anime and manga (and to a lesser extent, tokusatsu, Japanese science fiction and video games).

NewType Magazine sent out a survey to their readers in their September issue asking about their favorite anime. They compiled all the answers in the October 2017 issue for their top 10 ranking of anime. Here they are:
